[plug] urpmi - what am I doing wrong

You seem to have corruption in your /var/lib/urpmi/ directory.
The add command has not started to run yet, it is looking for files which 
should already be on your computer.
Try removing the DVD installation source.

urpmi.removemedia DVD

or whatever it is called, then rerun the command to add media.
