[plug] Thunderbird - Offline button/menu

I am using Debian Testing/Unstable.
I have thunderbird=1.0-2 with the offline plugin=1.0-2
I have no offline menu under 'file' and no offline button along the status
bar.
I do not normally need online/offline as I am normally always online.
Somehow my profile has started up in offline mode and I can't get it to
start in online mode or change to online mode.

Anyone know a fix or a shortcut to change modes?
