mysql ... -p[password] < file_with_sql_commands ?

Completely unsecure if other people can read your crontab and
therefore see your password, but a possible alternative otherwise?

(Now I'll probably get all those a lot more clued up telling me why
that's a bad idea, but it seems to be a fairly simple way of doing it.
Unless I'm missing something?)
