[plug] Wine and 16 bit apps?

If WINE won't cut it (I'd be surprised if it didn't do well), try 
running Windows for Workgroups 3.11 under DosBox or DOSEMU, and the app 
under that.

Otherwise, I'm sure a debugging version of WINE and some patience will 
rub enough of the hair off to get it running.
