ok, Ive had it - what options do I have to strip the html from email at
the server? Ideally I would like to filter the original mail to a
holding box just in acse, and leave a stripped message in the inbox.

Using postfix/imap/evolution - but I dont think procmail is being used
so I may have to add that if I choose that method.

Some of my relatives "love" that stupid "incredimail" service which
often makes the email unreadable. I dont want to tell them nomore
(touchy touchy!), it will be better for me just to strip html at the
server and get on with life.

Evolution seems to handle some pretty complex html nicely, except
watermark backgrounds (the washed out images) dont get washed out.
