[plug] NTP refusing to associate with other servers

Hi folks,

My NTP server at home isn't associating with any other servers.  As
far as I know I haven't touched the configuration and don't understand
NTP enough to start debugging it.  Syslog suggests it was working
until about midday today.  I've attached the output of running peers
and assoc in ntpq, hopefully someone on this list will be able to give
me some pointers on what it means and what I should look at next.
