Yes, they are.  plug.linux.org.au and plug.org.au are really the same
domains.  At the moment plug.org.au is considered the "canonical"
address for the web site and plug.linux.org.au for the mailing list.
I'm not sure why, probably a combination of apathy and James Devenish.
