[plug] HDTV Tuner card

Hi All,
 
I am looking at buying an HDTV Tuner card and I was wondering if the
list had any suggestions. Ideally I would like it to be as cheap as
possible, however I dont want to lose out on quality/functionality to
save on the price. I would also like to use this under both Windows and
Linux, so support for the card and a decent interface for it under Linux
would be great.
