[plug] Evolution "contact-lookup-applet" help needed

Hi Guys,

Title says it all I have installed Evolution 2.2.1 and one of the
packages is "contact-lookup-applet" that is enabled by 

"To use, simply add it to your panel (Add to Panel -> Accessories ->
Address book Lookup), type a name into the field, and hit [return] or
Search. "

I can't find any " Add to Panel" anywhere. Please help an old
unimaginative fart. (me, that is)
