Had a mate (since deceased) who got a Dell which wasn't reliable. So 
after struggling with it for a few months he sent it back. The 
replacement, same model, had a different *brand* of network chipset and 
a different *brand* of video chipset - and also didn't work properly. 
So he sent that one back too. This replacement had the same brand of 
network chipset as the first one, but a *third* brand of video chipset.

No indication on the case or in the documentation *at*all*. Could be a 
problem for an only-just-mainstream OS.
