I have an A31p and it was "a beast" when I bought it 3 years ago
(1.8ghz 768 meg of ram, 64mb ATI FireGL 15" screen with 1600x1200
res), your going to love the screens on these.. the 1600x1200
extremely bright, sharp and clear screen compares to no other laptop
I've seen.. but I have to warn you.. the ATI graphics chipset suck on
Linux..
