[plug] What's it called when you do this in a spreadsheet?

Let's call them Cols A & B.

If you put the cell in C:1, tehn Windows Freeze, you should get a black line, 
however, when you pass the bottom of the screen the frozen columns will also 
move upwarsd. I guess this isn't what you are after, is it.
