You have more tolerance than I it seems.

My script

TM: Hi can I speak to the home owner?
ME: Which one?
TM: The owner.
ME: Name Please.
TM: Mr O'Neill?
ME: First name please.
TM: I'm not sure.
ME: I need a first name.
TM: Uh..... I'm from Roy Wes.. *click*

If they don't have a name, then its unsolicited and they need to go away.
