Yes, I am updating my zone serial and other information in it. I have tried 
rndc reload joongcho.com or isn't that the proper command for the rndc 
reload. Even /etc/init.d/bind9 restart didn't seem to help either.

Does anyone know what the serial numbers mean and do?
