[plug] ADSL stressed out?

Recently I've been noticing that when I put some very heavy load on my
ADSL (512/512 with westnet) it drops my connection and after a few
seconds reconnects..

Any idea's what it might be.. or if there is anything I could do about it?
The modem is an old "Speed Touch HOME" and the router is a ClarkConnect
