You'll need a video input card, for analog (VHS-out) this would usually
be in the form of a tv-tuner. I have no idea of reliability, but I've
seen a USB Video/Audio input box made by D-Link.

Subject: [plug] NEW TOPIC VIDEO

G'day All,

Is there a way to record from a VHS cassette to a computer, so that the
resulting file can be e-mailed?

Video is only about 40 seconds in length.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Alex
