NB: This will cost you a fee. Probably the cost of a local call. If
your only having one person call out at a time then go with the modem.
You'll need to plug the speakers/headphones and mic directly into the
modem, then allow the auto dialer to dial for them. You'll get the
same quaility of audio as a normal telephone cause that's all your
doing. (Not all modems can do this)
VoIP is the better solution when your talking many calls at a time,
and then you only have the software setup to worry about, the hardware
is all at the other end (VoIP provider) other than audio devices on
your computers.
