My understanding of the license is that it's not permitted for 
commercial use, so the software is only installed on home machines and 
the client gets charged for the time it takes me to do it. In the case 
of businesses, they are referred to the Grisoft URL where they can 
download the appropriate version for their environment.

I asked Grisoft in the past if I was allowed to distribute their product 
on a CD - which was being given away to students of a computer fix-it 
class - but their response was so confusing that I refrained from doing 
that.

As for the NTFS issue, can someone remind me which NTFS solution used 
the driver on the Windows partition to read/write to the disk (sort of 
like ndiswrapper does for network drivers).
