[plug] Mandrake Mandriva and mirror.pacific

I don't know why Pacific Net has stopped offering Mandr* Linux, but you 
can probably get it locally from iiNet - have you had a look at: 
ftp://ftp.iinet.net.au/pub/mandrake/10.1/
