[plug] Auto hibernate when machine has been idle for 30 minutes

Forward to your hearts content.

Sound card is an el cheapo CM8738.  It seems reccomended to uninstall
the alsa modules on suspend, which is why the vol control objects.  I
havent had time to fine tune further - yet.

Sound and bttv (via tvtime) work fine pre/post suspend.
