Well, they're a chinese based brand IIRC, and sell well over there.. maybe 
you'd be better off asking someone over in China ;-)

There is a budget brand TPLINK which is selling some EXTREMELY
"inexpensive" 16 & 24 port switches.

Anyone know if this is their switches are any good?
