[plug] advice on firewall distro

Hi, I recommend coyote.  It boots from a single floppy disk or from a 
compact flash card in an ide adaptor (ide boot requires a separate 
script to download).

It has web admin for everything and a windows wizard or a linux script 
to setup the floppy for the first time.
