[plug] Update FC1 to FC3

Some time ago, I set up an FC1 box for someone to have a play with as
that was all I had to hand at the time, however I have never played with
it myself.  Now I need to (remotely) help him upgrade it.

Can Fedora be updated from FC1 to FC3 (via FC2) in a similar way to
debian's apt-get dist-upgrade or is a full re-install needed?  If so,
what waix sources/ what tools are needed?
