Hmmm Joondalup,
we could try ECU or the TAFE next door they might be willing to donate a 
room for a few hours
The Joondalup Library has Room they rent out, They 'might' be willing to 
let a community group have one for no cost.
There are a few community centers in Heathridge that could also be 
persuaded in the right circumstances I guess.

The Joondalup Business Association might be some help in finding a place

I have not called any of these places so I cannot confirm any of this.
