[plug] Postfix, Maildir, Procmail, Dovecot

Ok. I want a way to have postfix my default deliver into ~/Maildir/
unless a procmailrc or .forward file exists. If procmail exists then I
want procmail to handle the mail (and by default all mail not
delivered by procmail to goto to Maildir/.new/ (inbox)). If .forward
exists then do what it says before procmail.

Thanks. I know I got this to kinda work in exim before.
