[plug] [OT] Acer Lappy

Some of you may have also seen the Big W ad for the Aver Extensa
2355XC Lappy.  I'm wondering how good it would be for a student (Uni)
and how good Acer is with warantys and support. Also can we get an
extended waranty from them?
I'm not really interested in Linux support as my sister isn't likely
to convert anytime soon (stupid uni programs need windows.)

Anyway, if you havn't seen the had, only $997 for a lappy.
