[plug] Postfix, Reject Virus at SMTP

I'm using Ubuntu/Debian and am wondering what is the best packages to
use with postfix to reject mail at SMTP time that is infected? I don't
mind bouncing messages for mailbox full or similar but for Viruses
(and possibly SPAM at a later date) I want to reject them at SMTP
time.
I'm thinking Amavis and Clamav but am not sure which packages to use.
