I believe that the Kyocera 1010 has now been replaced by the 1020. I am
unable to get the 1010 through my wholesalers any more. You might still
be able to pick up a 1010 from a retailer if you really have your heart
set on one. 

I don't think that there would be any issues with the 1020, though I
have not tested one.
