I remember having a similar issue with groups, but please excuse me because my
memory is failing. It was concerning the difference between 'group' and
'groups' - double check that all the conf files agree with the naming...... I
think it defaults to 'Group' for ldap.conf, but the default schema calls it
Groups? Its something along those lines, as I said my memory of it is failing
fast.
