It was on the cover DVD of APC magazine for the January issue.

I have a copy of it here [in Collie], and I'll be able to check for a 
brand spankers one tomorrow in a newsagent's under-the-counter-box..

I'm not able to go to this week's talk, so I'd have to post it to you if 
you can't get one in Perth. [Tried the PLUG library?] Let me know if you 
need it from me..
