[plug] Seminar Audio

Hi all,

For those of you who wanted an audio recording of tonight's PLUG
seminar:

It's available in three formats:
  - 32kbit MP3 (28mb);
  - 24kbit Ogg Vorbis (18.5mb); and
  - 8kbit Speex (6.7mb)
although only the .mp3 hasn't finished uploading as I write this (eta:
around 1am).

Due to the background noise it's a bit hard to discern the various
audience interjections, heckling, and questions at times, but the guts
of the talk is there.
