[plug] STUN Servers

As a bit of a follow-on from the recent Asterisk / VoIP meeting:

There is a publicly available STUN server located at 202.92.241.10 Port
3478 (UDP). It also has a secondary at .18.

If anyone wants to use these to get SIP devices happening behind a NAT,
you are welcome, as they are 
currently under-utilised.
