Depends on what your internet usage is like as to which ISP you choose, 
as plans differ rather significantly between providers.  I'm biased as I 
work for an ISP, so I won't put forward any suggestions as to which 
one.  The only suggestion I'd make is to perhaps read or ask on the 
Whirlpool forums for feedback on particular ISPs given the way you'll be 
using it.
