Not from what I can see: iFolder looks like a novell only thing. (just
did a quick google as I have not heard of it before)

Basicly you can Use WebDAV via an apache server (or IIS, or ...) to
manage files on a server.  It has extensions that give it limited RCS
like capabilities, but most of the cases I have come across (WebCT,
subversion and others) just seem to use it as a network filesystem and
dont use the extensions.  WebDAV is very widely used from what I can
see.
