[plug] dashboard .deb download

does anyone know of anywhere i can download dashboard?....im hopeing for a  
.deb file or a debian repository......i found  
http://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-32725.html it someone posted 2  
repositories on that that are supposed to have it but they dont seem  
to.....i cant even find the source for it though..
