That would be Broadband Net I assume, since Clear are an eastern states based 
company? 

At the moment the score is running Broadband Net 99, Clear Networks -1, mainly 
because of the atrocious attitude and customer relationship skills of the 
people I am dealing with at Clear.

If Broadband Net simply do nothing while Clear progressively shoot off more 
and more of their own feet, they will win the competition :-)
