[plug] 2006 Census - online

I've just had a look at the User Guide for the online census at the
ABS website (http://stream0.census.abs.gov.au/eCensusWeb/user_guide.html)
- it doesn't display correctly in Firefox on Windows (I'm at work) - I
suspect it's because I always override fonts and colours. So I think
I'll stick with the paper version!
