have you looked at the AccessGrid technology?

	http://www.accessgrid.org/

works on MacOSX, Linux, Windows and allows multiple people/sites to  
sit in/participate in meetings etc.  We use it all the time for  
virtual organisation meetings etc.

If anyone is interested in seeing how it works etc.  let me know.
