There are two kind of "wrapping" here:

1 - A good email client should wrap lines for reading, so you need not 
scroll horizontally.

2- I think we'd all agree that it is a good idea to have a mail-program
auto wrap lines when composing email, for the sake of poor recipients 
who lack (1) above.

The downside of this is that URLs can be broken, and I'm grateful for 
the tip about putting brackets around it. It works for many mail 
clients, and also MTAs (sendmail, postfix etc.) Sorry about Pegasus.
