[plug] Updated tzdata for Ubuntu Edgy

Heya Pluggers,

I've rolled an update tzdata for Ubuntu Edgy, to include support for Daylight Savings in our fair state.

The package is here => http://screamingroot.org/files/tzdata_2006p-1ubuntu1_all.deb

A package for Debian should be equally easy to create (assuming they haven't updated it already).
