[plug] DST java fix, evolution

Does anyone still have problems with DST?

After failing to patch java with the Sun-supplied package,
I just copied the java zoneinfo file (small, attached), and
now my java apps are OK.

That just leaves the Perth.ics from Evolution, which I don't use.
Its plain text though. Has anybody edited it, or found a good one?
