[plug] Skype and Fedora Core 6

G'day everyone,

I'm over in NSW at the moment. My brother has a Skype question for you 
regarding Skype 1.3.0.53_API

In Tools>Options he has specified that he be marked as Away after 2 
minutes of inactivity and Not Available after 3. Despite doing this Skype 
insists to everyone that he is Available, 24/7.

Any ideas? Any extra information you require?
