[plug] problems with iinet this morning

All hunky-dory now.  Even the VoIP setup is working with no wierdies.

I did try adding Murdoch Uni's DNS this morning (forwarders for the
caching bind) and that seemed to help, but totally eliminate some site
timeouts.  At one point I could visit a few pages, except for iinets
home page!  Must have been caching effects despite trying to bypass
them.  Makes it hard to fault find!

Make note to self: Dont play with network settings when thunderstorms
are around!
