 From http://www.notrees.org/rules.html:
"all entries will be demonstrated on the competition PC. contact the 
organizers if you would like to use an alternative platform."

There is another person planning on bringing a demo in on an xbox, but 
if you would like to make a commodore 128 entry it just means you will 
have to bring in all your own equipment and provide us with a video clip 
(MPEG2) and DVD of your entry.

I will also have to check if there is space for your equipment.
