NFP pricing is cheaper than OEM, the $297 you quote is a fee payable
per upgrade (not annually) and most NFPs I work with have around the
100-150 users. (for a 3yearly upgrade of office for everyone you are
looking at 10-15k with your pricing, 15k of development won't get you
publisher)
