 This is the first time ever that I have struck this warning message, what does it signify & how do
 we get rid of it.

 
 My mother (who is almost 93) had a fall recently & she broke her Hip.
 She now requires constant care so it will make it almost impossible for me to get to any Workshops.
 Would it be possible to be kept up to date.
