I've just updated my laptop using:

urpmi.addmedia plf-free
ftp://ftp.free.fr/pub/Distributions_Linux/plf/mandrake/free/2006.0 with
synthesis.hdlist.cz
urpmi.addmedia --update updates
ftp://ftp.is.co.za/mirror/mandrivalinux/official/updates/2006.0/main_updates/
with media_info/synthesis.hdlist.cz
urpmi.addmedia main
ftp://ftp.is.co.za/mirror/mandrivalinux/official/2006.0/i586/media/main
with media_info/synthesis.hdlist.cz
urpmi.addmedia contrib
ftp://ftp.is.co.za/mirror/mandrivalinux/official/2006.0/i586/media/contrib
with media_info/synthesis.hdlist.cz
urpmi.addmedia jpackage
ftp://ftp.is.co.za/mirror/mandrivalinux/official/2006.0/i586/media/jpackage
with media_info/synthesis.hdlist.cz

Had a couple of problems with some combinations using easy urpmi, but
this one worked today.
