[plug] Webserver query

Does anyone know why my websites go offline when I use eMule to download 
stuff? Does it have to with bandwidth or the number of connections allowed 
on the apache set-up?

Everytime I download something, my websites seem to be cut off.

Hope I haven't asked this question before?
