[plug] Looking for Hotspot Distro/Software

Hi Guys,

 

I've looked long and hard for a airport style hotspot distro, where a
user connects wired or wirelessly and is presented with a login screen
when they open up their web browser, allowing them to use previously
bought time blocks and at the same time allowing them to purchase a time
block with their credit card.

 

I've seen this system in place around New York when there on business,
as well as a similar thing in Sydney airport a few years ago but I can't
for the life of me remember what it was called.  I've tried both
CensorNet (Fantastic, but no time blocks, hotspot type software) and
PublicIP (Similar, not quite right though).

 

Does anyone know of software that suits this purpose (Linux based would
be preferred)
