[plug] Free multiplatform IDE for OO GUI development?

Smalltalk is kind of fun, and Im assured it can be used quite seriously.

That said squeak felt like the programmers equivilent of a bus full of
clowns pranging into a brightly festooned christmas tree. 

Its certainly OO however.

Disclaimer:

I have not used it before, but I'm going to give it a try tonight. And
smalltalk /is/ possibly the most OO of all OO languages.
